Mentoring refers to the type of help one can get when aspiring to develop on either professional, creative, educational or personal level. It is a long-term helping process which allows mentee to learn from a more skilled, more knowledgeable and more experienced person or mentor. Mentor should also provide emotional support during the learning journey and inspire mentees to persist in their endeavors.

We offer mentoring to those who want to learn and develop in the fields of HRM, Leadership and Sales. Our mentoring programs can help individuals grow within these three areas, as well as companies achieve better business results through the development of their employees.

We always tailor our mentoring programs according to the needs of the client and the objectives the client wants to achieve during the program. Therefore, the duration of mentoring relationship and the frequency of meetings will be agreed upon. Our mentors are not only the subject matter experts with many years of relevant work experience, but also experienced trainers, coaches and most importantly, they are committed and ready to share their experience and knowledge.

We believe that the success of mentoring relationship greatly depends not only on mentor’s dedication, but also on mentee’s commitment to the agreed program. It is also important that there is no personality clash between the mentor and mentee, and that mentee perceives mentor as inspirational.

Therefore, we do not charge the first meeting with the mentor. It is an opportunity for you to meet the mentor, to discuss your learning needs and objectives, as well as the program itself.
