The Users can also visit our website anonymously. We collect personal data only if the User of our website gives us consent to do so.
The Users can always decline sharing their personal data. However, in this case they might not be able to surf the website or perform certain activities on the website.

SkillsMasters reserves the right to collect User’s Non-Personal data, i.e. data about the browser, computer type and its technical specifications, computer operating system and internet provider

SkillsMasters collects user data for the purpose of improving its services. User data stored in our user database assist us in responding correctly and efficiently to all requests sent to us.

We use collected User data to understand the ways in which Users or groups of Users surf our website or respond to our email marketing, for analysis and improvement of our services, website design and functionality.

Users who subscribed to our email marketing service through the Newsletter Form will receive only messages with the content they subscribed for.

SkillsMasters shares User data with service providers listed below. We do this in order to ensure functionality of all our services, creating business relationships and ensuring positive user experiences. All listed service providers operate in accordance with GDPR regulations and ensure the highest level of User personal data protection.
MailGun
We use MailGun for business correspondence and email marketing campaigns. This service stores User’s name, surname, email address, telephone number and IP address.
Personal Information about Users Subscribed to Email Marketing Service
MailGun service stores User personal data until the User requests them to be deleted. Every email received as part of email marketing campaign will contain a link to the page where Users can request access, change or deletion of their personal data.
In case the User is inactive for three months, SkillsMasters will remind the User via email of inactivity. In case the User does not become active again within the following 7 days SkillsMasters will remove all User’s data from the database.
Personal Information about Users Not Subscribed to Email Marketing Service
Within this group are the Users who only surf the website or the Users who sent us requests through Contact Form but did not subscribe to our email marketing service nor have been our clients before.
Personal information about Users who sent us request through Contact Form is stored for one year from the day we received the request, unless we establish a business relationship with this User.
Personal information about Users who only surf our website (their IP addresses) is stored in accordance with our Cookies Declaration.
The moment a User opens our website, the links to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Declaration will be presented. The User will have the possibility to manage the cookies to be added to the browser.
How Do We Protect User Data?
SkillsMasters collects, stores, processes and protects User personal data stored on our User database.
SkillsMasters uses secure SSL connection 256-bit encrypted for personal data transfer.
This website conforms with GDPR Regulations and allows the website Users to access, change and remove their personal data.
MailGun service which we use for our operational purposes is fully GDPR compliant and uses PCI compliant services.
Information Leakage
In case of information leakage SkillsMasters will within 24 hours inform all its Users whose personal data might get disclosed.
Website User’s Rights
In compliance with GDPR regulations, the User of this website is granted the following rights:
- To be informed in detail about the data we collect, how we collect them, how we store them and how we process them
- To request access to own personal data stored in our database
- To request permanent deletion of all own personal data stored in our database
- To request removal from any email list to which the User subscribed through Newsletter Form

SkillsMasters reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy at any time. In case of any amendments, SkillsMasters will inform all website Users that the Privacy Policy is amended and that they will have to express their agreement with the new Privacy Policy.
