We are a team of subject matter experts who mastered our crafts while working for many years at local and international companies of different sizes, cultures and structures. Apart from the work experience which helped us master our crafts, we also received a formal education in the fields of our expertise and keep ourselves up-to-date with the latest advancements within these domains.

We are enthusiastic about what we do, positive and flexible. We appreciate a good joke and we strongly believe that good interpersonal communication and understanding are a prerequisite for success in any endeavour.

Svetlana Dinulovic

HRM Expert

Svetlana Dinulovic is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 15 years of work experience in local and international companies. Her passion towards people and their potential, as well as her strong belief that human resources play a key role in the success of any company, brought her to the HR Management field.

Svetlana has a very good understanding of how different organizational structures function and what challenges they face in relation to human capital. She was part of HR Departments of big corporations, she worked within HR consultancy and she ran a Recruitment Consultancy.

Throughout her career, Svetlana was involved in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and strategies as well as performance management systems and compensation programs. She is experienced in managing change on both, departmental and organizational level and in introducing tech solutions to simplify and automate various aspects of the HR function.

Svetlana has practical knowledge of various recruitment methods and best recruitment practices and she managed recruitment campaigns from entry to executive level while promoting the employer brand. She has conducted over 3000 behavioural based interviews and she is an expert in headhunting.

Svetlana has always been committed to developing others through on-the-job training, induction training and skills training and she developed several programs for increasing employee motivation.

The exceptional results of her hard work resulted in several awards at Emirates Airline.

Srdjan Dinulovic

For more than 15 years, Srdjan has been assisting people with their personal and professional development. He mastered his craft in an international corporate environment and through work with individuals who aspired to excel in their professions. As a Career, Leadership and Performance Coach, Srdjan supported the professional development and career orientation of high-end professionals from Airline, Medical, Education, and Architecture industries. He has more than 1000 coaching hours and is a Member of Association for Coaching, UK and a certified MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Step I and Step II practitioner.

Srdjan has conducted needs detection, design, delivery, and effect measurement (ROI and ROE) of numerous leadership training courses. He was leading Emirates Airline – Leadership Training Unit Quality Assurance Team between 2012 and 2018 and holds Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation®, USA certificate.

His expertise, delivery style and passion resulted in being one of the lead facilitators for the first-ever Emirates Group Leadership conference held in 2018 and the lead facilitator for The Writer®, UK Culture Change Initiative.
