Our coaching interventions can help both, individuals to achieve better personal performance and businesses to achieve better business results (through the improved individual performance of their employees). They can also assist individuals to better lead themselves and others (Leadership Coaching), as well as managers (Executive Coaching) to deal better with challenges in periods of transition, especially the periods when they assume new responsibilities or move into another company, when they face challenges related to communication or co-operation with their counterparts or their teams, when they need to establish a balance between difficulties they face in private life and work related commitments, etc.

We offer mentoring to those who want to learn and develop in the fields of HRM, Leadership and Sales. Our mentoring programs can help individuals grow within these three areas, as well as companies achieve better business results through the development of their employees.

We always tailor our mentoring programs according to the needs of the client and the objectives the client wants to achieve during the program. Therefore, the duration of mentoring relationship and the frequency of meetings will be agreed upon. Our mentors are not only the subject matter experts with many years of relevant work experience, but also experienced trainers, coaches and most importantly, they are committed and ready to share their experience and knowledge.

Outplacement services are the support services an organisation can outsource to help its transitioning employees find new roles following redundancies. These services are usually offered as part of the severance package and there is no cost for the transitioning employee. They are designed to provide the practical support to those experiencing the career transition so that they can move forward with confidence.
